The module Abstract Management supports the submission and assessment of conference presentations based on a brief description

It supports the entire process of submission, review and publication of scientific conference contributions up to the planning and presentation of the scientific program on the internet.

Activation and control of this module can be done easily in the event's administration of X-MKP. It can be controlled for submission and review phases here also the deadline dates.

In addition, general settings of the interface for the submitters can be stored, such as name and e-mail address of the contact person, comments or download documents.

We provide you with this module an online submission and assessment with personalized access to both the submitter (Submitter) and for the reviewer (Reviewer).

It allows you to easily submit entries for events or online journals reviewed and evaluated by the experts.

The module Abstract Management can be used either separately or integrated into the X-MKP system.

What is a call for papers / participation?
A call for papers oder call for participation (short CFP, German Beitragsersuch) is a method by which to submit scientific papers or other documents is requested on a specific topic. The contribution search usually takes place in advance of a scientific conference or the publication of a scientific journal.
Typically candidates register and then submit your so-called Abstract (Summary of your pre-contract and / or meeting-band contribution). These are then reviewed by a scientific committee (the reviewer). All positive Abstracts are invited for publication.
The CfP contains information on the topic of the submitted work, their nature and their scope, to whom they are to be sent, which summary shall be presented and by when they are submitted. (Source: including www.wikipedia.de).
