Conference Management - General Information about the Event

The overall event, for example, consists of a congress and a concurrent exhibition are first assigned to general information: information about the country to the city, to travel, to spend the night.

Congress organization

Congress as part of the event itself general information can then be assigned as well.

An entire, multi-day congress can be divided into separate congresses (divisions / topics) if necessary, include each individual sections (sessions).

For each session the time of the event space and the moderator can be entered. These sections the lectures with titles and speakers and other information is collected.

The speakers can even get access to the convention planning module and thus each of your text input (CV, picture, abstract of your lectures, ...).

  • Room occupancy (when each room is occupied),
  • Day program (when is where that session instead),
  • Lecture lists of speakers by keyword,
  • Control mechanism over already entered abstracts,
  • Export of all abstracts for the conference proceedings to be printed
  • List of participants for congress / workshop

 

Visitors Defined lists

Visitors and participants of a conference or a trade show can be individually compile and print overviews of lectures a congress and / or exhibiting at a trade fair companies.
