Registration and Filing

The submission form (registration / upload of the abstract) can be embedded in the X-MKP congress webseite or easily also your own (existing) web page.

• For the call-for-Abstracts- process, every Internet user can register. After confirming further information can be added and managed in addition to the address data.
• The abstracts can be uploaded to any digital formats such as PDF, PowerPoint, Word.
• After entering his personal data,  the applicant / submitter can upload his abstracts in the system. To this end, he must choose one  from the applied subdivisions (sections) of the Congress suitable for him. In addition, it can indicate whether they would prefer a poster session for his lecture. The number of uploads is by default limited to 10. These reviews are provided: accepted (acc), rejected (rej), still open (pend).

• All submitted and uploaded abstracts of one section are listed, so they can be selected and downloaded.
• It can also be noted if the lecture was invited (inv) and whether the presentation was to take place during a poster session (post). By clicking on the name of the submitter ("Author") he can be added by mail with this contact, for example.
• For the manager and the reviewer different screens are shown. A manager sees all abstracts, it may assess themselves, assign a reviewer or move to another section.
• A reviewer sees only the assigned abstracts and also the corresponding assessment fields. By clicking on the name of the submitting person the reviewer can use this contact record.
• All accepted abstracts / applicants can be taken over by button pressure in the invested congress (if X-MKP is used).

When using X-MKP all submitted abstracts / papers can be automatically transferred to the proceedings of the Congress.

The experts can only be created by a user who was previously stored in the X-MKP as an administrator or event manager.

These are divided into two groups:

1. Manager for part Congresses (division manager) and
2. Reviewers
